Fem-Cycle is a formula for the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS). It will help to regulate estrogen, progesterone and leutinizing hormones in order to help one get back into their normal monthly secretory phases. It can potentially help the symptoms of cramping (Cramp Bark and Garrya), water retention (Nettles), slow onset periods with dull ache, low back discomfort, and moodiness. It can help regulate a cycle if coming off the pill.
