Refund policy

At TNC Nutrition, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience with our customer-friendly return policy. Please review the following guidelines for returning merchandise purchased from TNC Nutrition.  

General Returns  

You may return any opened or unopened merchandise purchased from TNC Nutrition within 30 days of purchase.  

- **With a Receipt**: Returns accompanied by a receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.  

- **Without a Receipt**: Returns without a receipt will be refunded via a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price within the prior 30 days.  

**Note**: TNC Nutrition reserves the right to deny any return or exchange. Some orders may incur a restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.  

Final Sale Items  

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:  

- Special order items, all Standard Process items, Clearance products, all food products  or any products as marked at the time of purchase.  

Bulk Purchases  

A bulk purchase is defined as:  

- Any single transaction totaling $200 or more.  

- Multiple transactions related in nature and totaling $200 or more.  

- Orders including more than 10 units of a single item.  

Bulk purchases are **FINAL SALE** and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any damages or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt by contacting info@tncnutrition.com**.  

In-Store Returns  

You can return your purchase to any TNC Nutrition location.  

- Bring your purchase and receipt to the store to receive a refund in the original form of payment or merchandise credit.  

- Phone orders paid for will be refunded to the original form of payment.  

Online Returns by Mail  

For items shipped to your home, you can return them by mail to our Returns Department.  

- Pack your return carefully to prevent damage.  

- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
