Every business has a story, and ours began in 1999, when I opened my first store under the name Vitamins and Such. What started as one small shop soon grew into a successful journey with three locations, thousands of loyal customers, and a passion for helping people live healthier, happier lives.

But as the years passed, one thing became clearer and clearer: Kingwood was home.
It was the community where customers didn’t just walk in—they built relationships. Where staff didn’t just work—they became family. And when Covid changed the world, it also helped solidify a decision I had been weighing for years: it was time to consolidate and focus fully on the place that mattered most—Kingwood.

For the past 18 years, we’ve operated from our current location, pouring our energy into serving this incredible community. And now, with your support, we are stepping into a brand-new chapter—a new store, a new space, and a renewed commitment to your well-being.

Of course, moving comes with its share of headaches and heart tugs. We’ve been approved by the city to open (with a few things to fix, as always!), and we’re now eagerly waiting for our final health inspection so we can schedule the movers. Carrie and Samantha have been working tirelessly—packing, organizing, and juggling inventory in two places at once. It hasn’t been easy, but your encouragement keeps us going.

To our customers: you have always had my back, and I cannot thank you enough. Your loyalty, kindness, and patience are the reason we are still here after 25 years—and the reason we are excited for the next 25.
